1. Eligibility for Refunds

At Roars Club, we strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

✅ The request is made within 6 Hours of delivery.
✅ The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
✅ You provide clear images or videos as proof of damage/defect.

Note: We do not offer refunds for minor color variations due to screen differences or personal preference changes.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

❌ Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
❌ Refunds are not applicable for incorrect model selection by the customer.
❌ Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery will not be refunded.

3. Refund Process

2️⃣ Provide Proof – Share images/videos of the issue for verification.
3️⃣ Approval & Processing – Once approved, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
